Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellations: Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first. Please contact us at 800-652-0283 with your order details to process the cancellation.
• After Shipment: Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers may refer to our return policy for further assistance.
• Custom Orders: Orders for custom or personalized products are not eligible for cancellation after purchase.
• Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
